Chapter 6: Guanyin Temple's battle for the precious kasaya.

Sun Wukong had a clever idea, and he asked Guanyin Bodhisattva to turn into that Taoist, while he himself turned into an immortal pill, only a bit bigger than the original one. Guanyin Bodhisattva put him on the plate, and walked towards the cave, following Sun Wukong’s plan, trying to make the Black Wind Monster eat that pill.

Guanyin Bodhisattva came to the cave, and handed the pill to the Black Wind Monster, saying: “The little Taoist offers an immortal pill, wishing the great king health and longevity!” The Black Wind Monster was very happy, and took the pill to his mouth. He didn’t expect that the pill would slide down by itself.

Sun Wukong reached the Black Wind Monster’s stomach, and returned to his original shape. He started to punch inside, and the Black Wind Monster was in so much pain that he rolled on the ground. Guanyin Bodhisattva also returned to her original shape, and ordered him to hand over the Buddha’s clothing. The Black Wind Monster couldn’t bear the pain anymore, and asked the little demons to bring the cassock. Guanyin Bodhisattva took the cassock, and took out a small golden hoop, and put it on the Black Wind Monster’s head.

Guanyin then let Sun Wukong come out. Sun Wukong had just jumped out of the Black Wind Monster’s nostril, when the Black Wind Monster showed a fierce look, and stabbed Guanyin with his black tassel spear. Guanyin floated in the air, recited a spell, and the Black Wind Monster immediately had a headache. He had to kneel on the ground, beg Guanyin for mercy, and said he was willing to become a monk.
