Chapter 7: At Gao Laozhuang, Tang Monk recruits Zhu Bajie (Pigsy).

After settling his master, Sun Wukong asked Gao Taigong to lead the way to the backyard. He broke the iron lock and walked into a dark room in the yard. Gao Taigong and his daughter met and couldn’t help but hug each other and cry bitterly. The third daughter told them: “The monster knew that my father was going to invite a mage to catch him. He left every day as soon as it was light, and came back at night.”

Sun Wukong asked Gao Taigong and his daughter to leave, and changed himself into the appearance of the third daughter. Before long, a gust of wind blew outside the yard, and the monster appeared in mid-air. Sun Wukong quickly leaned on the bed, pretending to be sick. The monster sneaked into the room, calling out: “Sister, sister, where are you?”

Sun Wukong pretended to sigh and said: “I heard my father scolding you outside today, and he said he invited a mage to catch you!” The monster said: “Don’t worry, don’t worry, let’s go to bed and sleep!” Sun Wukong said: “The mage my father invited is the Great Sage Equal to Heaven who made a great commotion in heaven five hundred years ago. Aren’t you afraid?” The monster gasped and said: “We can’t be husband and wife anymore.”

The pig demon opened the door and ran out. Sun Wukong grabbed his collar from behind, wiped his face, and revealed his true face, shouting: “You monster, do you know who I am?” The monster saw that it was Sun Wukong, and was so scared that his limbs went numb. He turned into a gust of wind and ran away.
